This chestnut pasta shape is fondly known in Italy as Maccheroni Strozzapreti. Translated in English as *Priest Strangling Macaroni. No additives, dyes or preservatives. The chestnut gives this pasta a special flavour, as well as a sweet aftertaste. it is the ideal main dish or a delicious side dish.
Excellent with pesto or walnut sauce and tasty to cook with sage and butter.
